I have been here all of 3 times and ill never return again. The first time was an great experience, with a gentlemen. we came at 7 or 8 on a Sunday and had bought the bag to get our clothes washed for the first time and it was cool, no problems really. Second time we came around 7 a lady told us they stop doing wash and folds at 6 p.m. so we were confused but thought nothing of it and went to the spin cycle in decatur and had a great experience. Then today, Sunday again 10/11, we got in around 5 and the same lazy lady tells us she can't accomadate us because she has people thats spending 300 bucks on a wash and fold and she'll be too busy. So we'll just rather go all the way out the way to
Decatur just for a better overall experience and accommodations because they are open 24 hours a day and is slightly less expensive. And its called Spincycle in decatur off memorial drive

One of the worst experience I've ever had in this laundromat today first one of the other ladies got into it with another lady and threatened to punch on her face then I stepped outside went to the store and came back and the lady came out to me and said man where are your clothes at you and not be eating or charging your phone in here. She was too busy arguing that she didn't realize that I came in here I bought a new card I was loaded $10 on my card and I washed and dried my clothes. I was so shocked how she came at me as if I was just sitting in here just eating and not washing my clothes I am a regular customer and I never been harassed like this before. She was rude and nasty and her delivery sucks she was all in my personal space talking to me as I was sitting down on the chair she she didn't started cursing as she walked away as a matter of fact when I came in here all the work is Ascend at the table just cursing use a whole bunch of profanity. The way how they. Was cursin I didn't think they even worked here. It's really sad that you can't even come and wash clothes in peace without being harassed without spending your hard-earned money just to wash and dry clothes very unprofessional and I'm hope to hear a response from the owner thank you

Monica the store manager, runs a tight ship and the location is ALWAYS spotless and run like a well-oiled machine. I am always happy to wash when she is onsite because I know it will be seamless.

I come here because it’s close and i get texted weekly deals. However when I arrive the same rude guy(wont tell anyone his name)is there and ready to turn away drop off service. I’m not sure why he works at a laundry facility and refuses to do laundry. I have spoke with the manager Ebony and that’s really no help. I’m guessing that’s her boyfriend or something because she just defends his irate behavior. I come for the wash, dry and fold special, and Ebony says we don’t do that. I showed her the text i received about the special and she says i don’t know why they send that text, we don’t do that! Like what?

This place is always clean and the staff work hard to keep it so. Now with the new covid-19 guidelines, it's much better. It actually keeps people from just hanging out inside the place, which is what used to happen. The restroom is clean and stocked each time I've had to use it, and I'm happy to see it being locked now.
