So this review isn’t really isn’t about laundry but about just being a human being. I just wanna put out there that i have used this laundromat briefly when our home machines went out and it wasn’t a bad experience, probably would give it a 3 out of 5 stars customer service wasn’t good but wasn’t bad either and dryer always left clothes damp we always had to ask them to start it again, and no it was not over the line. But my problem is Im a college student taking summer classes and working this summer and i get off at 3am. I don't have a car so in order for me to go to the gym i will take marta on an off day, or just wait outside until they open at 5. So i decided hey they’re open 24 hours let me ask politely can i just sit in there until the gym opens and just do my work or just watch a movie or something. Just 2 hours. I began to ask and the dude working did not even allow me to explain myself before telling me no, just cut me off mid sentence. So i’m just sitting outside of planet fitness which is fine but a simple act of kindness could have helped me out a lot. Basically just help out where u can and be a good person. But I also understand but that i could have been a crazy person and harass you all’s customers or anything of that nature but he didn’t even give me a chance to show him why i’m not. I wasn’t going to be any disturbance to anybody literally just wanted a place to sit for 2 hours.

The man and lady who works the overnight shift is very ghetto rude and unprofessional and the prices to wash and dry here is overrated

I am here now and when I tell you this will be the absolute last time I spend my money in this overcharged wash house. The bathroom doesn't work and these washer and dryers are overpriced. Customer service is a reflection of the building and please put signs on your machines that obviously don't work!!!

Monica is so attentive. She is always on top of things. Keeps the place clean and dry to prevent injury’s like falls. Monica constantly goes above and beyond. I look forward to seeing her when I come in.

The night shift Mr. Williams was outstanding!!! He greeted me at the door and removed all 5 of my baskets from my car he also assisted me with purchasing my card, and loading my clothes in the washer and dryer. This was my first time washing clothes at a laundromat and he made it very comfortable and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Mr. Williams.

No change and they charge you for a washing card i won't be back. Everything is a hustle in the hood because how are you running a laundromat without change. If you're really making things cashless I should be able to use my debit card instead of a card with a non refundable balance 🙃 everything is a freaking scam like why are the bathrooms locked like is this prison 😐 😒
