At first I was intimidated by being older I'm not that good with technology. However they were very friendly and kind and showed me how to use the app which was very easy even for someone like me..
Clean environment safe, friendly staff as well as amazing laundry service, at a reasonable price. Customer service is amazing as well..

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! It is always so clean, I never have to wait for a machine and everything is easy to access on your phone. The people that work here are wonderful… Especially Fernanda! This is the only place that I go to, and you won’t be disappointed if you try it out too!

Manager/owner. Thank you so much for finally reaching out. Since I, too, have no way to communicate with you, i will answer on here.
It is so strange that you do not see me on your customer base. I still continue to wash at your location. It is a well-suited laundry mat. I do like the convenience of the app. Just don't like that it charged me multiple times, and it is so hard to get reimbursed.
I have left 3 post-it notes. With 3 different of your trained employees. All 3 said a note was all they could do to leave for you. I left one the day it occurred, 1 about a month after and now in Nov. Please check your quote unquote desk or door. They said you had no specific time to be there, so I may cone speak to you. I provided my email and phone number on all 3 post-its. I do not wish to leave that information here. I will once again leave a post-it if you like. What information will you need me to provide?
All I would like is a credit back.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Be careful. It is impossible to get your money back when the app charges you 4 times for one wash. Tried their email. It is invalid. Told the worker she said she would let her boss know. Nothing since July now, November. When the app glitches for whatever reason, you lose out. The $30 is not a credit from the facility it is me having to purchase more credit to continue to wash on that day.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. First, the APP is a favorite among our customers because of the ease of use and the benefits like loyalty points, text reminders when a machine is 3 minutes from completion, and more. Most customers just don't want to have to carry around a heavy bag of quarters! However, use of the APP is not at all required. Customers have several options to pay for machines including using cash bills, debit/credit, or Apple Pay. Furthermore, while a duplicate charge is rare, all of our employees are trained and equipped to remedy issues like these, so we are concerned and would like to hear more from you. Unfortunately, we have searched our database and do not see you listed as a customer. Would you kindly reach out to the manager at the store so that we can learn more and make this right for you? We work hard to make the laundry experience a great one for our community, and we'll make any corrections or adjustments needed. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you and your family!
