Came in to do a load before work mind you a little load I was told to load a card which I did then when I tried to load more money it took my money and would not let me use the card I told the work mind you no work here speak English ever so that a huge problem when someone is just smiling in your face while your taking about getting stuff done then I was

Minutes I stood here 45 mins no money ever loaded took my clothes out the washer cause my time was already running out had a load in the dryer which just sat their cause the representative said she was busy and I had
To wait for the money I alorwady loaded on the cad to use it just a waiste of time and enormous and the customer service was horrible
