Was a good service till I received 3 white dress shirts back in blue.
Supposedly they washed white shirts with blue jeans. They did rewash these shirts but they folded them up still blue and charged me more for 2nd wash.
All. 3 shirts ruined and they never solved the issue or paid for the damage so beware. .
Such a. Shame they did good until then time to look for another service.
Have been with this laundromat for 6 years until today when I picked up my laundry the women was complaining about picking up my laundry bag because of too many staples on it and suggested I buy a new one,I brought it to there attention that they were the ones that were stapling receipts to them, for me they have gone down hill starting a couple of months ago I had found ink stains all over my pants and socks and have had to replace all of my clothing not to mention overcharging my card and reembursing me a week later the owner had also was threatening me that they wanted to charge me more money,I would suggest taking your business elsewhere or do your own laundry there service as of today is horrible
Great little laundry mat!! You're greeted every time you go there. They are beyond friendly. This place has coin-op machines but if your busy or lazy(like me😁), they'll wash, dry, fold or hang & bag your laundry for you for a fee(last I checked was about $1.09/per lb.). They also wash comforters for a fee and that fee depends on the size of the comforter. I have been going there for years and never had an issue.
Always has machines available, for the most part. LOVE the big washers to do comforters and blankets in! Gets to be a little pricy when you have to wash and dry in the big machines, but I think that's everywhere. It's always so incredibly hot in there in the summer, as they have no AC. I usually just throw in the clothes, etc and sit outside, where they have a couple chairs. There's also a few stores on either side of the Laundromat to browse and kill time, if you want. Luckily, never had anything stolen or any problems, so hopefully it stays that way! They really just need to put more tables inside to do the folding and sorting on. Other than the heat, in the summer and the lack of more folding tables, I've never had a problem! You can buy soap, dryer sheets and everything there, but it's expensive and with Dollar Tree right next door, I just buy it there and then leave whatever I have leftover there for someone else to use, if they want or need it. Not worth dragging it home for $1-$2 for a smaller bottle of laundry detergent, to me anyway. I always do it myself because I don't trust other people, so I don't know what they're drop off service is like. Usually quiet and not a lot of drama going on there, which I really like! Also, the hours are awesome from 5a-midnight! I'm a night person, so it's perfect for me! The in "store" place to buy soaps, etc and get change isn't open the whole time though, so keep that in mind!
Have been a few times haven't had any issues
Business has new owners. I brought my clothes for laundry service. I always separate my colors from whites and place them in separate bags. I picked up my clothes,
and when I came home all of my colored clothes were damaged with bleach. They knew my clothes were damaged when then folded them and placed them in the bag but never told me about it. I had to return and try to prove that they damaged my clothes. They refunded my 15 dollars I paid for cleaning. Terrible service. I am sad that the original owner sold. I will look for a new laundry mat. Also, they barely speak English which makes it even harder to communicate with them. They don't have the experience or knowledge to run this business.
