Very bad customer service. Unpleasant. Too expensive.
The employees are not that friendly :(
Stole my money. I paid for a washing machine and it didn’t start, they insisted I hadn’t paid yet and wouldn’t give me my money back. I won’t be coming back
When going to the laundromat I had checked on my clothes frequently when washing them. When I came back 10 minutes later, my clothes was gone, and one of the workers had moved my clothes to the side without even asking me. very upset about that unprofessional, and didn’t even apologize for moving my things. recommend if you go here to keep a close eye on your clothes can’t even trust the employees.
