The ladies that work there are awesome, it's always clean and almost all of the machines are new at this point, free drying is a plus, especially if you have a ton of laundry to do. I've been going there for years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else..

My sister went to this laundry mat and when she got home she realized that a load of clothes. She immediately called the attendant and was told immediately she didn’t see them there is no way she could have checked the washer that quick. Owner should hire more honest employees. I would not recommend using this facility!!!!!

Clean, friendly staff. Washes are huge, and thank God the dryers are free. They're awesome and dry for a whole load in like 30 to 45 minutes. I was impressed. I'd recommend... during the daytime.

Place was super clean, not packed with people. The lady (worker) there was so nice to me, I'd definitely keep going here if it's like that and she's there too. Machines were good prices, clean and very efficient. Definitely a top 3/5 Laundromat and I don't even use them (my building has them) as much anymore but had to since the office was closed for the holiday so the basement was locked up.

Wow !!!! This place has really changed for the worst, the original owner had passed away now its ran by his youngest son, the place really needs to return back to its original ways of operation. Its very sad to see this place like this literally go down the drain. Ive been coming to this place for decades, my kids were young children coming to this place now my wife and i are great grandparents and we tell our grandchildren about the original owner and how great he was being a veteran and how he was a great asset to the community. R.I.P. Mr. George Holakis R.I. Heaven Sir.

I love this laundromat and I’d give it five stars but giving it three to meet in the middle ! When I go and Vee is there the service is spectacular! She makes you feel at home at a laundromat! If your new she takes the time to explain everything to u she has great customer service she makes her rounds around the floor talks to everyone but the last few times I came she must have been off and they have a new girl that is very rude and acts like she is bothered when u ask a question ! She sits behind the counter ! So if u come and Vee is there your in good hands five star service if you come with the new girl not so much !

Always clean, 24 hrs service,I love 2 come there 2 get my laundry done in a quick timely manner It's usually clean,& professional,I loved this Laundromat! Owner John has worked hard 2 clean it up! No 3rd shift anymore probably more safe that way!

After a long day at work I wasn't looking forward to having to wash the 3 huge Rubbermaid bins of clothes but this place has free drying so I'm saving tons of $$. My son & I got here at 10:30 pm and finished at 1:30am ,I was impressed on how clean it was, I noticed it right away especially when I was adding the detergent & there was no soap built up on the dispenser as busy as it was when we got there she kept that floor clean the night attendant takes pride in her work

I love that they have multiple sizes of washers at decent prices (free dry) that work well But I've got to run the dryers 2x even with splitting my large load (some work better than others) And I like the women that work there during this past year I've been coming they keep it clean and respectful

This is one of a few laundromats open 24 hrs in Cleveland. I know this because in a relative emergency, accompanied, I have been here after midnight. I would not go to this location after say 10 pm, without a companion. As far as service, what I can say is the dryers barely get hot. They may be "free" but there are safer, cleaner, and much more efficient laundromats nearby if you don't need to do laundry after midnight.
