100 reviewsThey keep the place clean. They have big washing machine which is what I always use. It is expensive but it makes up for the dryer because it's "free". I've been coming here for years and I'm a veteran of this place, and when asked by guest where to go, I tell them of this place. Now, I stopped because they care more of the $7 than helping the customer for a one time courtesy.
Warning, careful of the small machine, it's not like the big machine that have the start button. Once you put your card, the small machine will turn on automatically if the door is closed. They will not turn on the other machine for you as a one time courtesy because, "it's my mistake and it's not their responsibility."
Even though I already spend over $40 for the 4 larger machine, they wont make an exception for 1 small machine. They are not losing or giving away a free load, the machine I wanted to use is already in cycle mode that I paid for, the problem is that my clothes is not inside the machine.
Great place. Always clean and pleasant. Staff are great.
Used to come here all the time due to convince of hours and location. Stopped coming here after they raised the prices of wash by a dollar without any warning, sure the dryer is “free”, but paying close to $10 for a load of laundry was the final straw for me.
Good place. Lots of machines of various sizes, clean with places to sit and to fold, ample parking. I used it today because the machine in my house died mid-cycle, but I'll keep it in mind when I want to wash things that are too bulky for a home machine. There's a Starbucks next door if you need caffeine.
Great place to do laundry with helpful staff and plenty of parking
The most insanely expensive laundromat I have ever seen. Walked right out and paid $1.50 for a dryer to save $8 on washing.
Ugh. Used to go there all the time due to convenience to my old apartment. Some people who worked there were great, some really unpleasant, as often happens. I would often use the wash and fold service and honestly feel like nobody ever cleaned the lint filter between loads after living with the results. I was considering leaving for good when one day they lost my clothes. Yikes. I got some of my stuff back plus someone else's socks and towel, which I returned and asked for the rest of my things...they lost them. Very little effort was made to discover what became of almost all my shorts, and I was told I should have picked it up sooner (I'm sorry my illness and wait of a measly 3 days was suddenly unacceptable after it being fine to pick it up after even a week for two years?)
Recently gave them one last shot because I was desperate and it was later than anyone else was open. Note: THEY ARE NOT REALLY OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT ANYMORE. They no longer accept dropped off loads after 11 for wash and fold, which was never the case before, and the attendant was not someone I wish to ever interact with again (or someone i had ever met in my years frequenting there).
Summary: good but inaccurate hours (they also frequently open significantly later than advertised, or at least used to when I used them). Hit or miss on employees, but some really bad. May lose your clothes. Poor grasp of lint filters and their function if you drop things off for wash and fold.
Clean space though and rarely crowded, and conveniently located.
