Very pricey cuz u have to pay for plastic card cant just use cash smallest washer is 4.00 new customers have to pay 7.50 just to start 1 load and it takes a while to get new customers deal online waste of time and its Spanish only. Small space

I have never encountered such terrible service before
On August 4th, we booked your service
After you picked up the laundry, I received a notification that the order had been canceled. I then tried to contact you to understand what was going on, but whenever I call either of your two phone numbers, I only end up speaking with call center agents or reception staff at the location

By the way, these people do not have a phone number for management and communicate with them exclusively via email.
The only answer I get from the people answering the phone is that they will “inform management” and that management will contact me
Spoiler: it’s been 4 days of waiting — and not a single call, update, or piece of news

So here’s the situation now:
No one can give me any answer, management is openly ignoring the matter, and we have no idea where our paid order is

I want to warn everyone about this terrible service

Workers were very friendly, walked me through getting a new laundry card and also gave me $10 added to my card for being a new customer. Washer a prices decently and dryers get the job done.

The lady took my money an wouldn't try to help to explain or help with anything she just kept laughing while on the phone . some washers were leaking an overall was a bad experience wouldn't recommend !!!!!

We are traveling through the area and needed to do a quick load of laundry. We were happy to find this laundromat. It was clean and the staff was helpful. They had detergent and fabric softener available to purchase if needed. As well as snacks/drinks were to purchase as well. I would definitely recommend this laundromat.

Its nice and clean but when you use your card. They take $15 from you instead of the amount that is shown on the machine. . . Takes awhile to get money back that wasn't used.

Good service, friendly people.
Staying in town here in OKC with no laundry services in the hotel. This is a great place to get your laundry done.
