Hi Ashlee, I really sorry about all the problems you experienced at Rosie's. We really try very hard to keep a high customer experience. I know that the weekend crowd gets VERY packed and especially around the food truck out doors (not affiliated with us). We can't really do anything about that, but I would offer you to try us on a slower day during the week, I think you might have a different experience. I hope you would give us another try in the future. Again really sorry for the experience you walked away with.

Hello Jessi, I am so sorry about your complaint... sorry we only earned 2 stars from you. I can understand about the prices and sympathize. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do with prices, as we needed to raise them, due to the increase cost in operating costs our store has incurred since we opened. I hope we can earn your business back some day... email us for a coupon next time you want to come in again and we'll help out best we can.

Hello Tiffany, very sorry for this!! Not sure when this happened, but the exit door stays locked until customers start to enter the building in the morning through the entrance door. It could have been you were the first customer of the day?
If you are saying you tried both doors, could you let us know the date you had problems coming so we can make sure this doesn’t happen again?
Also, we really feel you will love coming to Rosie’s and want to make it right by you… please contact us through email so we can send you a coupon for some free laundry to make up for this bad experience.

Hello Cristina, want to apologies for this incident that happened, that would be frustrating. Our locks are on timers and locks automatically at closing time. Our staff prepares the store to clean at closing and cannot have customers come in at closing time. We are open 7am-10pm daily, but the closing hours are for inside customers only. As last load is at 9pm and doors for outside customers lock 9:50pm automatically. But for inside customers they are free to finish their folding from drying up until closing time. Again I'm sure this doesn't help much, and want to apologies. We try to accommodate our customers as much as we can.
