This place is a sham and works against the customer. I found out recently that they haven't had hot water for months, two weeks ago. Came in today to be told that they still do t have hot water. Hot water tank is broke they say. Also, the machines don't fill all the way up with water, you have to add water Everytime. And why are all the machines set on low, by default? Shouldn't they be on high, and the user chooses to use a lower setting? If you don't notice it's on low, you pay more money to dry clothes. Owner was disinterested in talking to me about it, said she had a meeting to go to. Dint wash here unless you want dirty clothes. Also, they say they are open to midnight .. they rarely are.

The cleaniest, most efficient, worth the money laundromat in Kansas City!
Soaps are stocked! Place is clean. Machines are clean and do a great job for a great price. You can even use a debit or credit card to do laundry instead of just having to use cash or quarters.

I highly highly recommend!!! Only 2 minutes from Westport too. 😁😁😁

My dude washes there and he's always in and out in a jiffy. Staff let me use they restroom and was nice to me.

Have to pay one dollar to buy a card to load cash on and every machine adds an extra 0.03 to each load
On every machine which in turn requires you to add another 1.00 to card. So I had to pay 7.00 to pay for a 5.03 load they don't accept change only dollars and up.
