I was there yesterday I put quarters in the dollar portion of the slot was $8 machine ask the attendant for help she took out five quarters and there was one still stuff in there I told her there's one still stuck she told me that is your problem that is your mistake and there was nothing she can do about it I asked her nicely can you help me with the machines obviously I put money in here can you help me so I can get the machine to wash my clothes she told my husband know that's your fault that's your problem I'm not going to give you nothing I'm not going to help you I I asked to talk to him she said she is the manager and I said I want to talk to the owner and she said I don't care who you want to talk to you can call the police and then she says yes I'm Mexican nobody asked her that very unprofessional all I want to do was wash my clothes I will never be back again poor service and no she did not give me my money back this place is a rip off and will steal your money
Our team members work hard to assist every customer with any machine issues within their control, but there are sometimes limits to what can be resolved immediately. We inspected the machine afterward and found four quarters in the dollar slot. Please let us know if you’d like to pick them up, and we’d be happy to assist.
Clean facility. VERY AFFORDABLE. Machines ever have issues and Bob always seems attentive and friendly
