I've been coming here since I moved to Old Orchard Beach in January of 2025. I've been to a lot of laundromats all across the country. Complaints that this place is expensive are misplaced. It is average. I wash 30 lbs for $5.25 and dry it for $2.50. Nothing wrong with that!

But today, I was blown away by the extra effort of one of the employees. Sunday is my only day to do all my chores, and I'd left my clothes in the dryer while I did some grocery shopping. I was trying to get everything done so I could actually relax for a while before the new week began. I got back to the laundromat and walked in prepared for 15 minutes of folding...

But I could not believe my eyes, there was my load of laundry clean and folded; right there at the folding table. The very friendly woman I had met previously was working on this day and she took the initiative of actually folding y clothes for me.

I almost teared up! I asked her if there was a problem or if the dryer door had opened? She said "No, I just thought I'd help expedite your day." She wouldn't take a tip. She made my whole day--my whole weekend!

There is still human kindness and loving forethought in the world. This may seem like a small things but it sent huge waves of hope through my heart. I was too shocked to get her name. (She has long brown hair and a pretty smile.)

Please give this place a lot of business. Service is not just about the little amount we pay. It is about the giants amount we receive from those who care about what they do.

It cost us 41$ too do 2 Loads of landry....ourselves....I'm ok with not going back. The people seem nice but that's crazy to me...I have never spent more then 15$

Dryer's getting expensive

Having lived many years in OOB we used this laundromat many times. On a recent return visit to the community we were shocked by the condition and changes. First, the facility was no longer attended. The machines, floors and windows were filthy. The cost of dispensed laundry products had doubled in price. Additionally, the machines had risen significantly in cost. The smallest washer which didn’t spin out properly was over $5.00 per load and dryers have a 3 minute time for each quarter. Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment and will choose one of the many other options in town. The owners really need to clean the place up if they want to benefit from the many tourist which visit during the summer season !

We paid $6.25 for a wash. To dry is .25 cents for 10 minutes. Dryers worked awesome. You can stop at post office and go grocery shopping next door while waiting. Not bad to dry washers were pricey. Save by bringing your own detergent & dryer sheets.

There is this woman Kimberly who works there who is very rude and disrespectful making time spent there very uncomfortable. First she ridicules me for adding water to my laundry. My clothes did not wash properly because she did not let me wash the way I usually would. I didn't even bother to stay and dry my clothes due to her behavior. She followed me to the door and watched me as I put my laundry in my car. Then she had the nerve to be offended when a witness asked me about what happened, and yelled out to me that I was not welcomed back. What a joke of a person. For bussiness, a big form of advertisement is through your customers. People share their experiences which isn't a crime. But kimberly is bitter and very offensive with her actions. She approached me multiple times when I asked her to leave me alone. That's harrassment!
