Went today for the first time because two of the laundromats closest to me were completely full. I was very happy with my experience. No waits, plenty of machines, clean, well maintained facility. The lady working there (not sure if owner or employee) went far above & beyond, helpful both on the phone when I called to make sure they had machines available, & during my entire time there. She seemed to take great pride in her job there, & providing a pleasant experience.

It's clean but there are a lot of machines out of order the washing machines I used didn't spin very well so my clothes were still very wet wring out wet so of course it took longer in the dryer which might be the point as it's 3 minutes for a quarter
