I had to use R & J Laundromat 3 times when I was awaiting my dryer to be fixed. All 3 times, the grounds were soaked with people over flowing the regular washers. All the washers actually. Poorly cleaned, questionable hygienic problems, & not taken care of at all. I walked away every time with my clothes smelling of mold. I took a look and there was mold and other disgusting items as pictured. All the washers and dryers do NOT work properly. They all have problems and the entire laundromat should be updated. I left 2 different refunds and put the orange “out of order” signs on all 5 washers and 3 dryers I used. I asked for full refunds or at least a phone call or email. No contact was made at all. Assuming by the owners actions towards customers they could care less about sanitary and properly working washer and dryers.

Am here on a travel assignment. I had not used a laundromat since college but this was a pleasant experience. It is a very clean place. The machines are great, from industrial sized to small. And the dryers work fast.

This the second time I came to this place and the machine took my 5.00 to wash!! How do I get that back?
