I showed up on a Saturday afternoon with a military burial flag that had been stored away in a heavy smoking house for decades. All I asked was that they do their best to clean and remove the nicotine smell - I was in no rush. The young man behind the counter gave me the canned corporate response that it may take up to two weeks, they will do their best but if there is no "how to care" tag, it's possible but unlikely that there could be some shrinkage, etc. etc. I said "no problem, do what you can, I'm in no hurry".
I received a text the following Monday mid morning - less than 48 hours after I'd dropped it over over a Sunday, telling me that it was ready for pickup. I was shocked to say the least, figuring that they were just going to return it saying "we don't want to take the risk". When I showed up the following day, they handed me a freshly laundered, 99% smoke free, whitened flag - for free.
I don't know if this is company policy, I don't know if someone behind the scenes is either a vet, a family member of a vet, or just has the utmost respect for our country and our flag, but this level of service goes FAR and above what ever could have been expected. I'm floored and grateful. This simple act will ensure that even though this location is twice as far from my house as my normal dry cleaners, they will get ALL of my business moving forward.

The lady was rude to me. The dryer was not working properly and I got snapped at because there was only 10 minutes of the store being opened but if the machine worked properly I wouldn't have had to add mote time to my clothes and would have been out of the store 10 minutes before closing because u Iit out right but machines weren't working
