The establishment provides a clean space to do ones laundry but- with the exception of Judy - the remainder of the staff is consistently rude and unwilling to be of assistance to their customers. They spend more time on their phone and ignoring the fact that there is a business going on around them. Go up the street to Booms Laundry and support a family operation that values their customers

Not a bad place to do laundry, prices are one of the best I've found in the area. They recently changed their system from using a laundry card to using a "wallet". You sign up with your phone number and add money. Starting your machines via the computer on the wall is awesome, however when multiple people need to, it can be a wait. Hopefully they'll come up with an app where you can do all the same from the app on your smartphone. Nobody really likes doing laundry, and def don't like to have to use the laundromat, let's make it easier to just get it done stress-free.

It's completely inappropriate to have all the lights turned off when a customer still has laundry to pick up before 8. I arrived at 7:50pm to get my laundry out and the attendant made me do it in the dark. I think I will find some where else to go from now on.
