Always has an available washer. Dryers work well. Wish they had longer hours, especially on weekends (closes by 5, last wash 3:30)

I went to Maine Cleaners in Biddeford for the first time on Wednesday June 8, 2022 to do a load of laundry. Before i left home I looked on your website and saw that you opened at 8 am. When I got there at 8 am, all the lights were off, and the door was locked. I waited until about 8:30 and ran another errand before going back at about 9:15 am. Well, the lights were still off, and the door was still locked ! My first visit to your laundromat sure as heck didn't leave me with a first good impression.

Such a clean little laundromat! Nice big parking lot of your in an RV. Yay! And Lisa was quite helpful as well. Only downside was the number of machines that were out of order. Owner should get that taken care of.

I have been going to Maine Cleaners for years now and have always been happy but this has changed over the last couple of years. On three different occasions now I have gone later in the day but giving myself plenty of time (by 3:30) before closing @ 5. When I arrived, I was told that there were no machines available .This would be understandable if the place was packed but a lot of the machines were occupied for end of the night cleaning. I completely appreciate the time put into cleaning but there has to be a better way to do this so that machines are available for customers. It is very frustrating to try to do the right thing by not showing up at the last minute only to turn around and leave with all of my laundry still not washed! I love to support a smaller local business that has been in the area for so long but I am considering someplace else.
