Great place. Clean, friendly, easy to get to, parking, handicap accessible. Hours are the best. They do a wonderful job on drop off laundry as well as doing your own in a spacious area.

I find Pilgrim Place Laundry to be VERY CLEAN unlike other laundromats whose front loading washing machines often smell of smoke and must. I never have any issues doing my laundry.

Clean and quick. Came in to wash blankets my washer can’t handle and the owner was helpful and friendly. About $20 to wash and dry 5 comforters/blankets (queen size)

Would make it no stars if I could. Washers stink like mildew and the dryers either burn your clothes or don't dry them.
Also, my most recent times of using this laundromat has been awful to say the least. Between the homeless skewing inside as well as outside under a clear garbage bag, YES, SADLY I said garbage bag and the constant in and out of drug users into the bathrooms at all hours.. I decided I will stay away from this one decent place. By the time the WPD actually show up the drug users are going. My advice is to simply avoid this place for your on peace and safety.
