Thanks John! We are continually working on upgrading our machines and services and look forward to your continued patronage.
It's where I do laundry, some of the washers are broken and you occasionally have to wait. People are nice though
This place just changed hands in early 2016 I think. They have new signs, a new floor, and are expanding the space quite a bit. It's a great neighborhood wash/dry, and that's it--no special services. You need machines and they have them.
Thanks for your review Aidan. It has been quite a renovation process and we are still working on upgrading our machines. We've added some new services since your review and now offer dry cleaning and drop-off wash-dry-fold service as well as added a vending machine and soon will have free wifi. We hope to see you back at Pearl Street Laundry soon!
The woman who serves this place is rude,
the establishment is good but lacks a lot of attention and customer service.
Love it peaceful
Great location, friendly helpful staff and much cleaner than other laundry places in the neighborhood. But Iām not sure how well insides of washing machines are cleaned, lots of dust on top of surfaces.
Thank you for your review. We do weekly washer the washer , also every day cleaning the place .
Absolutely rude owner. The first machine I put in ate my change. The second one had the change part clogged. When you use your card they charge you ten dollars. I called and she just yelled that there's signs everywhere and hung up on me. There's a tiny sign that says "bank deposit" and has the smallest text explaining that there's a $10 deposit.
Better off using Metropolitan Laundry on Brookline street.
