This is not the closest laundromat to me but I come here anyways because the woman who works it is very nice. Dry cleaning is reasonably priced and always comes back within a few days.
I love the new management! They even text you when your clothes are ready. Itβs definitely worth the extra couple of cents.
Broken machines. Paid for 70 minutes in machine, but it turned off after I left and didn't dry. Told them and they said the machine is fine and wouldn't refund me. I came in 70 minutes before and did the transaction in front of their camera, but they refused to look at the camera footage.
Expensive, dirty place, full of broken machines where they accuse you of trying to steal $4 worth of dryer time... when in reality, they stole my $4.
Who cares about $4? I do now. I'm going to report it on my credit card as fraud.

after the manager checked the camera that you did not press start at all for the dryer , the machine had never turned on after you left .

Spent 20 doing wash I put money in dryer it took my money I had to put more money and I had to go back to my house to get more. And they took my stuff out of the dryer when I was sitting right inside the laundry room so they can do there own wash.

After I had read your review about your complaint , I had talked to the staff regarding this issue ,The staff had told me that he had checked the machine by putting a coin in that machine, it has proven that it works . Until now no one else had a problem with this particular machine. So you might have forgotten to put coins in or you put your coins into another dryer .
Yesterday was a holiday , the laundromat was very busy , your clothes likely had been taken out by other users as this is a self service laundromat, please understand that others have the right to use these machine as well .
Please be mindful as to take your clothes out as soon as they are done. Your clothes may get damp if you leave them in the dryer too long γ
This place was nice when we first moved here, but after two years of patronage I have to say doing laundry here has become a very disappointing experience. It's dirty and always populated with broken machines, machines with unknown substances in the detergent/softener/bleach loaders, machines that randomly take your quarters, machines that mysteriously stop running after you start them, a nonfunctional change dispenser, the paid laundry service on the premises taking up all the machines at heavy traffic hours, etc. etc. etc. We would go somewhere else if this wasn't so conveniently located. Really, really wish we just had our own washer and drier.
Laundry machines are well maintained and the wash and fold service is super reliable. Glad they reopened after a long hiatus in 2016!
