Great, Quick Laundromat. Not sure who the older white gentleman with grey hair is but I'm not from Oshkosh (just was by through) and had to do Laundry. From the minute I walked in he gave me the nastiest look (Obviously, I'm a young black man) I recently just started visiting Oshkosh WI. I didn’t pay any mind to it , even while he was continuing to stare at me loading my clothes into the washer. I exchanged my $10 bill for Quarters, but when I went to purchase detergent from the vending machine it only accepted Dollar bills (No Quarters) so I went to the desk and gave the old man 2 dollars in Quarters and asked for 2 One Dollar bills and he did not make any eye contact with me, did not engage in even a small conversation (even though he was watching me a few minutes ago). He pulled out the two bills and literally flicked it away from him and closer to me (not sure why) i shook my head, chuckled, took the money and walked away because that was so unnecessary. Again, this was my second time at this Laundromat and I'm not sure if the building is racist, if the old man is just racist or if that's just how the very small town of Oshkosh represents itself to other cultures, but I'm only giving this rating 2 stars because it's honestly 5 stars in the services it provides and I hope the mat itself is NOT RACIST but the older white man customer service towards colored customers really hinders me leaving a absolute positive rating. Again, not sure who he is (the owner, employee, volunteer, etc.) But I'll be looking for a new establishment to wash clothes whenever in Oshkosh, because to me "racism" is hands down the dumbest reason to lose business.

figure out what the bathroom pass system is and stick to it already. i have gotten the key and nearly walked in on someone that got in because it was left open which yeah thats always a possibility but it makes me really uncomfortable when the guy specifically asks for the key when it was out on the counter to begin with. i haven't had any interaction with him before and i will be watching my back now that was just way too weird in my book

The dryer machines are not labeled efficiently. If you put clothes in the top & bottom it takes twice as long to get them started when paying with card as they require two separate transactions.

Machines are user friendly and very efficient. I personally use the app to pay/use the machines and it's very convenient. I haven't had to interact with the staff too much but from simple pleasantries I have no complaints. Facility is nice and clean, and the laundromat feels safe for everyone. For our friends who would prefer to have less people around I don't recommend the weekend, I did go on a Tuesday night and it was nice and quiet, an anxious introvert's ideal situation. As long as I live in Oshkosh and don't have an onsite laundromat, I plan to keep coming here.
