No hot water to the large washing machines, was informed by staff there is hot water going to them.
There are 5 on demand hot water heaters at this location. The glass is insulated so maybe you did not feel heat but it is full 125 degrees. Again 5 of them. Have a good day
I love this laundromat. When I walk in it's always clean and neat. The machines always smell nice and are wiped down. They work well and wash my clothes quickly. I love that I can pay with coins or my card. The app is easy to use. This is my favorite place to do laundry.

Takes longer and is more expensive than the laundromat by the highway. Also only takes coins / laundry app.
I apologize that your experience at our laundromat did not meet your expectations. We aim to provide a universal payment system that includes various forms of accepted methods of payment including cash, The Laundry boss app, and we do accept credit and debit cards as well at the kiosk inside, or in the app itself. In terms of price, we are right in line with other establishments in town, while offering machines that are just over 2 years old.
Very nice laundromat but they desperately need to install an automatic/handicap door. Basically inaccessible to the handicapped.
Thank you. Unfortunately the building is preset like that. Did try for automatic but it would have eliminated one of the doors.
I would have given it a 5 star until I heard Brad is no longer there. He poured his heart and soul into the establishment. It's up and running smoothly because of him.

I used to come to this place when I was a child and it was called JJs..but it was closed for a long time..after the new owners took over and remodeled it..I finally had the chance to come use it..it feels more spacious inside than before..and I like using the Laundry BOSS app to pay for the washer and dryer..and honestly it felt like the washing part is fast, and the dryers are nice and big enough to not have to spend more money and time, drying clothes..person at the counter kept the area clean..music was pleasant..and I was happy they had a pinball machine inside just like the old JJs used to have arcade inside..will be my go to spot for laundry..very affordable, fast, clean and spacious..

Affordable, Quick, Fast n Easy. Dryer 75 cent a load and its crispy dry. Great place! 10/10
I actually didn't use their machines, but I almost did. It's hard for me to change! But the manager on duty was very informative and helpful. In the short time I was there, he had helped 3 people.
The technology was cutting edge, maximizing efficiency.
The prices are competitive to other leading laundry mats in the area.

Staff seems nice. The renovation looks awesome. But compared to other places around oshkosh, very expensive dryers that don't dry very well and you can't choose how much time you want. Not worth it for me.
Steve, we are sorry for any miscommunication you’ve had today. We just want to clarify, you can add more time to your dryer through the app by pressing the + button on dry time and or by dropping an extra quarter or two into the dryer for extra minutes.
