My clothes got stuck in one of the laundry machines and it was impossible to reach anyone and finally got ahold of the manager named jaun and he told me there was nothing he could do and to get a lawyer will never come back hear and will let everyone know what horrible business this is

Every time I've been here, machines work. Im in and out quickly. People are friendly and personable. 5* if a bit cleaner but I am a clean FREAK!!! I'll be back though.

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about this place but when I was there, it was clean. There was one person and I didn’t need coins and the coin machine didn’t work, but they operate on all the machines by the phone app PayRange, which is a utility app in the App Store or Google play Simple you need to do and there were charity to sit and wait for my laundry to finish and it was quieter than my dryer at home, which is makes a lot of noise and all it needs to be replaced or at least lubricated so yeah kind of a new gem so that easy to find there’s free street parking for two hours. There’s a couple cafés there’s a hair salon in the building that if you need to get your hair done or cut, they can go over there and do that there’s some. There’s a few restaurants nearby. If you haven’t checked out west Seattle, I will tell you what you’ve probably heard everyone say, why not? We love it!

This place has decent machines but DESPERATELY needs carts. It’s a pain to lug around wet heavy clothes from the washer to the dryer and from the dryer to the table.
