Since new owners took over in last month or two that place has gone down hill drastically not the same dirty was always clean now they watering down thete soaps and for staff to say julie was fired that is not true and anyonrvthat knowd julies work ethics knows that she kept that place going always clean and orginized when she was there
You guys lost a key employee and i hope your customers see the truth
And what you guys doing there
I will never recomeend anyone to go there for laundry ever again after seeing what is going on in the few short months new owners have been there

Not happy with the service, dropped a coat off was told it would be ready 11/27/24 went 4 times to try to get coat was not ready till 12/4/24. The facility that does the dry cleans was supposedly closed Thanksgiving week. I asked for owner to call me both in person at store and left message never heard for them. Picked up my coat today and coat was wrinkled, they waived cleaning fee, which was good because coat was not cleaned. I have been using this cleaner for 21 years, apparently ownership has changed hands, and I guess I will not be doing business there anymore. Photos of coat are attached. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this dry cleaners any longer

Extremely clean laundromat. Very helpful and friendly employees. Julie is a gem and never stops moving. When she’s not doing loads of laundry she’s cleaning the machines, dusting and always does a wonderful job decorating the room to celebrate different seasons and special occasions. . She’s a keeper!
