Our dryer recently stopped heating & we were going away for a week, so no time to fix it or wait for clothes to air dry (and I hate how they feel that way anyway). I’m so glad I found these guys. I was able to use their laundry service & drop off our clothes in the AM then pick them up washed and dry same day. Convenient location, very clean, seamless drop off, pay & pick up. So glad to know I can use them whenever I’m too overwhelmed to take care of laundry or whenever I have machine issues.

Our washer broke in mid-cycle so we had to make an emergency trip to a laundromat. First time back in a laundromat in many years. Picked Noma Laundry based on location/reviews and was not disappointed. Very clean and the staff were very helpful.
Always clean and nice smelling facility, always fully functional machines and great pricing for using them. One of my favorite laundromats to come to, I love that a portion on their profits goes back to the community. The staff I have encountered have always been very nice and make sure everything is wiped down and working in proper order.
Took advantage of their wash, fold and dry service. The communication from the owner was great, and the process of dropping off was easy. Considering I dropped off a whopping 6 bags of laundry, I got it back in nearly 24 hours as well as being neatly folded and organized. I would absolutely use this place again. It was quiet, clean, and easy to use
Modern/retro vibe. CLEAN. All the amenities you need. Glad they now have a way to pay via app, but there is a change machine also. Long hours 5a-11p. They give back to an org in the community every few months. Really great place. Will continue to come here.

I came to this laundromat for the first time just to give it a try and see if I liked it. I like the machines as they're updated and nice. I used the app to pay for the wash and dry. I was surprised to see owner fees added to each transaction. I wasn't aware of any additional charge to pay while using the app. Also, I forgot my detergent, so I spent a dollar to buy a detergent there for my load and was surprised by the product I got. The pictures displayed for the detergent were not the same product I received. I will be going back to my previous Laundromat as there weren't any surprises.

Addressing your feedback: We do want to make sure there are options for our customers to pay so we provide two ways. One is with cash (no fee) and one is with our app (small fee shown to you when making a purchase). The small fee from the app goes towards paying the app fees and not as profit to our business. Fortunately these fees are quite low at around 3.5% ranging from $0.15 - $0.30 depending on the size of the washer. Given we are a small business we have decided to pass this small fee on to the customer to keep our prices lower and competitive with our competition. I would also like to share with you that there is other savings built into our washing machines that save customers money that are not available at any other local laundromat. Our front load washers are special High Spin machines (450-530G) compared to the others in the area (130-200G) resulting in your clothes coming out dryer with more water extracted. You may have noticed the speed of the spin at the beginning and at the end of the cycle. This combined with our very hot temp (adjustable) dryers you should save anywhere from $0.50-$0.75 in dryer cost. This benefit also reduces your drying time. You should be able to get a full load done in 1 hour or less.
Finally, for the detergent we only offer one type for sale (tide powder) and that has never been changed but we also offer bleach, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The clorox bleach was out of stock so we had a comparable alternative but this wasn't accurately displayed on the sales case. I think you may have run into this and we are sorry for that! We were able to order the clorox brand again and it should be in this week. Happy to replace this for you!

Very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. There is also an app to pay without change but there is a small extra fee for using it.

Amazing business. Lets be honest, you dont expect "fancy" or "modern" when you think of laundromats. The owners really did a great job on this one. They even have google homes in the ceiling for anyone to use. I was able to play music, check the time, weather, etc. Highly reccomend this place!
