Just flew in to NYC. My water bottle broke and soaked all my socks in my bag. Went here to dry them and the lady made me stop the dryer and told me I had to wash them fist. Even after explaining to her. Super rude and unreasonable .

Clean place. Both machines and mobiliary. Personnel not very warm but collaborative. Bathroom and soap/detergent dispenser were out-of-order by the time I was there. Wash cycle is $4; dryer is $0,25 per 6 min cycle. For a true laundromat it should run 24/7 but that's not a real issue. Gonna keep coming.

One of the two women was kind enough to explain how to use the washing machine (minimum $7 US) and the dryer (quarter for 5 minutes, duration depends on the amount of laundry).
The machine for buying detergent isn't working, but they sell it according to your needs. I liked that it has a sink due to COVID.

Brilliant! For the price you can't go wrong. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the evening. Couldn't have been happier.
