Do not go here for wash and fold!

As a laundry service it was fine for a few time until I brought a load of laundry here and one of my nice shirts came back with a conspicuous rip on the front. I've attempted to get a reimbursement for the shirt through calling management and going to the store to ask for the manager. At least twice they asked me for my number to call me back, and not once did I ever receive a call from the manager to discuss this.

Additionally, they have told me multiple times when the manager will be present at the laundromat, and I've been back there 3 times in the past 2 weeks during those hours. All of those times I've received exactly the same response, which is "usually the manager is here during these hours, but this time he's not." The only discussion I've been able to have with the business is with an employee who claimed all of my clothes in the load would have a similar rip if their washers/driers caused it. They gave me absolutely no reason to expect any reimbursement or that they'd get in touch with me about this.

Not to mention, I also had a pair of jeans shrink in the same load but didn't even get a chance to discuss that because I was too busy trying to get a refund for the rip.

If any of your clothes shrink or get damaged while using their wash and fold service, don't expect to hear anything from them. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with from any business.

Never been treated so badly by lady employee that works there, totally disrespectful and rude. I ve been a regular customer for years and specified I wanted my laundry to be washed hot wash and add bleach with the whites, she always looks at me with nasty eyes and is dealing with anger issues. Some friends of mine had a similar issue with her. She is the only one there besides the manageress who is always very nice.May I add that she never seems to ever wash her hands or put hand sanitizer and always seems to be scratching her hair and is not very clean at all, considering the fact there is COVID-19 she doesn’t care! Shame on New Absolute Laundromat to employ the horrible woman. Avoid absolutely this place!! Will never return again

Raised laundry prices recently ($4 wash to $4.50) and they have the world’s smallest washer loads to make you do multiple loads when it doesn’t need to be multiple.

Wouldn’t recommend at all unless convenience is the only think you are looking for.

The washing machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor inside was also dirty. The staff wasn't very friendly. Disposable detergent costs $1.25, and the small washing machine costs $4.50.
