We just had the worst experience ever doing laundry here.

Our blanket & towels in dryer#2 were stolen on Sep 3 around 3:30pm. We tried to talk to the staff, but they did not want to take responsibility. Then I said," Could you please give us the owner's phone number? We would like to talk to the owner." Staff#1 said," we don't have owners." Staff#2 said,"The owners are a man & a woman. We are related to the owners." Huh? How could you not have the owner's phone number if you are related to the owner?

My husband & I were really confused. I said," Clearly you don't want to help us. We will have to file a police report for this incident." Then the staff tried to persuade us not to go to the police by keep telling us this is not the first time it happened to them & other customers in the laundromat. If this is not the first time, would it be a regular pattern of stealing in this laundromat?

At the end, my husband & I went to Precinct 17 to file for Petit Larceny. It happened to us. We don't want it to happen to anyone else.

The prices are fine and it’s clean but the workers are very rude. The temperature and ventilation is also ridiculous, I guess they don’t want people waiting around.

Be careful on this laundry.
I put coins to dry my laundry, after that they told me that they do not allow dryer use only.
They didn't give me back the coins even though they did not stop me, saying they are not allowed to give back the refund.
Zero service mind.

They bumped up the prices for self service .. it’s so expensive now
