Paid $30 for the wash and fold service only to have all my clothes come back with heavy oil stains on them. None of the clothes were stained before I dropped them off. I went back to ask if they would fix the stains or even give me a refund. Got screamed at by the woman who said it was all my fault. Then she stormed to the back and never came out. Lost about 8 dress shirts, 4 pairs of pants and a number of t-shirts. Awful.

I arrived at 8:30pm to wash my clothes, I got the wash in and put my clothes in the dryer at the exact time they finished. When I went back to pick my clothes up at 10pm aka the exact time I had set, they had CLOSED??? I can’t believe it, no warning that they were closing before the posted time. Now I have to wait till the morning to get my clothes that will definitely be wrinkled. Never using this place again, absolutely ridiculous.

Many washing machines and dryers available, if you want you can leave your things and they will wash them for you

Rude staff. I only need to use the dryer and they said you have to use their washer in order to use their dryer.

The service was rather poor, but it's an excellent place to wash and dry clothes. Bring a book, listen to some podcasts, watch a movie downloaded from Netflix on your phone while you wait...

Today, December 2, 2023, I arrived at the laundry at 7:30 p.m., and the manager wouldn't let me use the machines because he said they were closing early. I showed him that the closing time is 9 p.m. online and that I'd have my clothes ready in an hour, but he still wouldn't let me, saying the last wash is at 7:30 p.m.
The customer service there is disgusting. Even though it's the closest laundry to where I live, I won't go back there!
