The laundromat was very clean. There is plenty of signage, so you know how much the machine costs and how to operate the machine. The attendant was very nice and super helpful. She was a constant presence and kept picking up trash and throwing in away. The place was never crowded, there was no wait for machines, and plenty of rolling carts. You can use coins or card for the machines. They have a vending machine with laundry essentials.

1/21/24 UPDATE
They are expanding! There were 2 attendants today, and you could find them cleaning filters and keeping the place clean. Even though they were busier than the last time, there was still no wait for machines, plenty of carts and clean folding tables.

2/9/24 UPDATE:
I got to use the new side today. I am completely impressed. The machines take coins and other forms of payment. If I did not emphasize clean before, it is super clean. Tonight there was not an attendant working, however there was a sign posted that they had to leave due to am emergency, and left contact info. There is a kids literacy center, too. Machines are clean, place is clean, I will be back. If I had one thing to say, I couldn't find a trash can on the new side, so I just went to the original side to throw out the dryer sheets.

As a side note, when I was on their website, my review popped up, lol.

Walking up to an automatic door was impressive! This laundry is very clean! I received a ten dollar credit as a first time guest, and the app is very easy to use!
It was worth the 20 minute drive from the Belmont- Hillsborough area.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could: I went in to do laundry today and the gentleman next to me had two GUNS sitting on top of his laundry basket, out in the open, just waiting for anyone to grab them. Aside from the fact that there is no need for two pistols when you're at the laundromat in broad daylight, anyone could have picked them up at anytime. I alerted the manager, and she shrugged it off. I will never go back here. That is not responsible gun ownership.

… re is no attendant to help ever, even when they post their new hours, they don't show up. I want my $ 6.50 back, and I'll go to the laundry on Charlotte Ave.

Very nice and clean. Very well taken care of. I enjoyed my time there(even though I was doing laundry) and it felt homey to me. Also felt safe as they have sliding doors that lock at closing. And you can stay to finish up. But once you leave there's no returning till open time. And what I noticed the most was the signs everywhere that would answer your questions if you had any at all and all the safety rules they also have a laundry card you can purchase I like to change machine you can put 20 in and get three $5 bills and $5 in quarters so you don't have to get all quarters. First machine I've ever seen like that. Rate them @10

This place is immaculate! Friendly employees and a vending machine for laundry supplies if you forget anything. Great prices. Places to sit. Multiple TVs to watch. Great AC. I felt safe the *whole* time. It's a relief of a find!!
