Thursday s half price on big machines . The place is clean always decorated for the holidays . Very nice place . Been going for years ... located in pic and save market hwy 50/60th ave Kenosha
Thank you! Have a great weekend!
Too many people leave their clothing in dryer blocking things up. Staff won't move them so you end up waiting for a dryer, moving someone else's clothes, or going down the road to the next laundromat to dry them.
Hello Cameron,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm the new owner and just took over on 8/15. I will remember your feedback as we continue to make changes for a better experience.
Thank you,
Mighty Wash
Best place in kenosha! They have twenty- four 18 pound machines for $2.50, four 35 pound machines for $5.00, four 50 pound machines four $6.00 & 2 industrial sized 80 pound machines for $9.00. 26 dryers at $.25 for 10 minutes. Always an attendant on duty to help out. They also offer same day drop off laundry service. Hours are 7 am- 8 pm seven days a week.
1st time here ever. People were super helpful and friendly and I'd definitely come back when needed.
I didn't know what to expect, but this has actually been a great experience. I was washing a heavy weighted blanket which my home machine wouldn't take.
Definitely a place to go.
I usually come here every weekend and I usually have no issues, until a couple weeks ago when I asked the older lady for help with a washing machine. It wasn’t working, but it was taking my quarters. She asked me if I put in quarters, and I put one in just show her I did, I was like yeah see it’s not taking. She looked at me and she yelled at me in front of everybody “why would I do that if I’m going to jam it more.” I’m like “OK I’m sorry I’m just trying to show you that I put in quarters in.” I was trying to show her that I wasn’t trying to get something for free. That was the first time she was rude to me, but then I went to the bathroom after that. I had my two kids with me. She went up to my kids and was rude to my youngest son who has autism. He is nonverbal and according to my oldest son he was touching the windows. She asked him to stop, and my oldest son was trying to hold him back. He said politely to her “I’m sorry he has autism he doesn’t understand you.” Mind you this is a five year old boy who is touching the windows who is nonverbal. She is getting upset with him and says to my oldest son “I don’t care he’s still not supposed to be touching the windows.” For her to say that to a child is hurtful, and I can’t believe an adult would talk to a child like that. If she had an issue with them she should have came up to me, and not my kids. I wasn’t going to leave a review until now. I tried calling them and they took down my name, and my number. I wanted to resolve this issue but it seems like I am not being heard Or cared about. I haven’t heard back from the owner. I would have let it slide if she was just rude to me, but to hear she was rude and discriminating towards my children is really hurtful. By reading some of the reviews it doesn’t look like I am the first person that she’s discriminated against.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The man who owns and works at this laundromat was incredibly rude from the second I walked through the door. His attitude was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Instead of offering even basic courtesy, he treated me with visible annoyance and disrespect the entire time.
No customer should be spoken to or looked down on the way I was. There are plenty of other laundromats that value the people who keep them in business, and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this place based on the owner’s behavior alone. The previous owners and workers were the completely opposite and I wanted to continue to support but will never return here.
We had to drop off a comforter to get washed. When I called, the guy who answered was super polite. When we dropped off the comforter, he was cool with using the laundry detergent we brought from home. It was a great experience. Just a heads up, they only take cash.
The old woman working there is RUDE and disrespectful, she shouldn’t work in customer service if she can’t learn some manners. I’m also seeing MULTIPLE reviews that she’s rude and terrible at her job so why is she still there?! It's also extremely expensive and half the machines don’t work or are “out of order”. Don’t waste ur time :)
Walked in and said hi but got no response. Tried to get quarters before hauling in all my laundry because last time the machine was empty and the lady gives me a huge attitude about putting my laundry in first. I'll just go to the Stainless Wash down the street since she has to have such a bad attitude.
