21 reviewsThe app might seem inconvenient, but it's actually way better than having to have quarters. I think they take quarters, too. But the app tells you when your clothes are done. Parking kind of sucks because the lot might be full, but the laundromat is not busy at all.
Very disappointed they removed the steam box for clothes. Only way I used to get my sons outfits done for homecoming only to find out they no longer have the service leaving me with no options or ways to get this service done on same day. Rude staff with no help or suggestions. Very disappointed as I was a long time customer dispute the high prices. Won’t be returning.
Super clean and friendly staff member who helped a couple newbies to MegaWash Gladstone. Great for large loads, especially king sized bedding. Highly recommend.
Thanks Abby! We appreciate your support and business!
Was wonderful and the lady working there helped me so much she was the real star for me today happy for the help also machines were fact clean and reasonable
This facility is by far the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. The staff is wonderful and helpful. They work hard wiping down and cleaning machines constantly, making it feel like your load is the first use. It’s well worth the extra 4 miles to come here. Also, the perk with their app: you earn points to use for free washes!
My family uses this laundromat about once a month to wash big loads. Its the cleanest, most "worth the money" place to do your laundry in Kansas City. Even though we have a washer and dryer at home, we like to ease the amount of wear we put our machines by taking our big loads here. This place is quick, quiet, and staffed. ☆Shoutout to Paula☆, who went above and beyond when we had an issue come up while we were there last time.

I have gone twice. Staff so helpful and friendly. Place very clean. Best laundro ever!
Thank you! We appreciate it!
I've been here twice when my apartments washers are out of service, and both times were very pleasant. It's quiet and efficient. While it may seem expensive, it's only because of the washer prices, the dryers are VERY cheap. It evens out in my opinion, especially the amount you can fit in them versus most laundry mats.
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and still appreciate that they keep it pretty clean inside and the majority of the washers and dryers are in working order every time I visit. There are washing machines for small loads and large ones for comforters and blankets. What’s most important to me is that my clothes get clean and they still look good after multiple washes.
I rarely ever go to this laundromat for one simple reason and that's the sign hanging up in their facility that blatantly violates the Americans with Disabilities Act. It states "We love pets, but even service animals must stay out of the facility."
Now I don't have a service animal, or any pet at all for that matter, but I do know the laws are very strict on the matter. Service animals are required by law to be allowed everywhere as they are working animals, not pets. Any business that breaks this law can be fined $75,000 for a first offense, $150,000 for every offense thereafter.
Aside from this issue, I do like this laundromat. I just can't give them my business more when they do blatantly discriminate against those with service animals.
