I recently visited the best laundromat in town, and I couldn't be more impressed! The cleanliness is exceptional; every machine and surface sparkles. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any questions I had. They even offered tips on the best washing cycles for my clothes! The atmosphere is welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for top-notch service and a spotless environment. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love this laundromat. It is my favorite laundromat. The store and the machines are very well kept. Their machines get my clothes clean compared to some other places. But to top it off, the people that work here are very kind and very accommodating. They’re very welcoming. I will keep coming back. :)

Very clean laundromat. I drive the extra five miles because of the cleanliness and how much better my clothes feel. They actually get clean! And the staff is always so nice and helpful. Tip: download the laundrypay app and u can earn points towards free loads of laundry as well as load money on the app to pay for the washes, rather than carrying tons of quarters!

I don't often go to the laundry mat, it's only for comforters or rugs that won't fit in my machine at home. I've never been to MegaWash and this will be my new go to place when I do need it! It's very clean, and the young lady working was so kind and helpful! I had a lot of questions, and the washer I used wasn't taking my quarters for a minute. She helped me with that and added an extra scoop of Oxi Clean for me from her supply, and recommended a higher setting on the washer for my rug, and added the extra $1.50. I was very happy with the care she gave to me as a customer and appreciated her taking ownership! I have kids who do use a laundry mat and will absolutely recommend this for them!

Best laundromat in the greater Kansas city area. Machines are top-notch, and the place is very clean. Not to mention the staff at this establishment are the most friendly, and helpful that I've encountered in any such environment. 110/10

Perhaps an obvious experience to others on how laundromats operate, for me it’s been a while. At this particular location, I have had the best experience. The employee Andrea, whom I can’t thank enough, provided EXCELLENT and friendly customer service.
It’s very clean, organized (communication) and feels friendly and safe. The app option to pay is incredible. I valued the alerts on my phone as to how much time is left and when done. The app also provides the availability of washers and dryers. I highly recommend this place and I truly hope management recognizes and compensates Andrea for her above and beyond services.

My wife and I had an issue with our laundry. We haven't done a laundry mat in years. The owner (as
pictured )took his personal time to come down and help with that 15 loader in Pic very clean just have a smart phone to pay. Great service polite employees. So if you need a wash like we did, this is the best!
