Worst cleaners in the world. The first time I used this cleaners, they gave my shirt away to someone else. 10 years later I tried them again and they ripped my shirt then put a damaged tag on it. The rip was so precise that it had to have been torn by a machine. I thought Jerry McPherson would own it but he defended his policy that an employee would only put that tag on it if it was damaged before they received it. By the way, I heard an employee say it happened when "unidentified employee" worked here. I just walked out and left the shirt on the counter.

Typically have 0 issues here but today they have lost my business. They charged me $7.30 (when I’m usually charged $3.65) to launder shirts. Don’t worry, it gets worse. They had dry cleaned one of my shirts (which I had told them just to launder) and charged me $16.45. That is absolute fraud and robbery. I am well aware of inflation and the increased cost of living but to charge DOUBLE is absolutely absurd. I’d be totally okay with a reasonable increase as everyone needs to eat but this really pissed me off.

My cousin got married in September and I was a hostess. My dress was borrowed, but it needed to be taken in a size. McPherson's is literally the closest dry cleaners to my house and I pass there all the time. I figured I'd give them a shot.

I was not disappointed. The seamstress, Ms. Maria, was very polite and kind. She had me try the dress on and then pinned it exactly where it needed alteration. Everyone else who was in the store was also very kind. They all raved about how pretty I looked in the dress.

I dropped off the dress in the afternoon and picked it up within a couple of days. When I tried it on, again, it fit...like a glove! Ms. Maria 🎶nailed it 🎶!

They "RUINED" my coat. Instead of dry cleaning my coat, like I requested, they washed and steam pressed it. As a result my coat was shiny and the imprint of the pockets and buttons were very visible. It looks worse than when I brought it in. I asked to be compensated and was told by the owner that all he could do was give my money back for the cleaning. He failed to acknowledge that they made a mistake and tried to blame it on the maker of the coat. The quality of service provided has greatly declined. I will never use them again.
