They charge $5.75 an item, and the quality of the work is no better than a 99 cent or $1.99 dry cleaner. Yes, I should have asked about the price up front, but you generally don't assume someone is going to charge you 5x the common price.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this cleaners! They have had our business for over five years, and in that time they have been consistently top notch customer-focused service. The reason I am writing this review is because of what happened today. I am leaving on a business trip in the morning, and there is snow all over Nashville. Metro schools are closed, and roads are a mess. My wife had trouble getting her car started and windows de-iced in order to get to the business to pick up my clothes before closing time, so she called to tell them she was trying to get there but was having trouble. They actually stayed 10 minutes late, and had the clothes waiting for her when she arrived. That is service! I am so grateful that people still own businesses that care for their customers like these owners do. Thank you so much McPherson's, you have a family of customers for life!

Such good service!!! I asked them to replace the zipper on my jacket. They told me it would take 8 days, it took 3. The new zipper is really nice quality and pops on my jacket. Grateful to keep my jacket and this zipper adds more years to it. Grateful they are close by. Thank you McPherson Cleaners!!
