Thank you for leaving us a review, Marco. We are sincerely sorry that you were disappointed when you visited. Our dryers are based on time as the signs say. You get x minutes for a quarter. If you open the dryer the time stops until you close the door and push start again. The time does not count down while the door is open. The dryer will hold the time for about 30 minutes before it resets to zero. If you let us know which dryer you were using, we can double check this for you to make sure it is working as designed. We are a locally owned small business and we take pride in providing a nice affordable laundromat for people in our community. We have no interest in trying to cheat our patrons.

1. We have multiple dryer heat temperatures for our clients and their clothes. The dryer temps range from 190 degrees for high heat, 180 degrees for medium heat, 160 degrees for low heat and 0 degrees for no heat along with almost any variation of time you would like. Dryer heat is determined by the customer based on the items being dried and the garment label delicates the level of heat for your item which is set by you.

2. You mentioned your clothes being stolen, that is very unfortunate that this has happened and while we are on site from 7AM to 7PM daily we cannot watch clothes or determine which clothes belong to whom. I’m sure you have seen the numerous signs posted throughout the laundromat which read “Do not leave your clothes unattended, we are not responsible for lost or stolen clothing” or “Your Clothes, Your Responsibility”. I am sure you have seen the video cameras and signs posted all over the laundromat and I assure you the cameras work so we can review footage of the day in question and determine what happened to your clothes.

We also have a lost and found bin in the back for clothes that people leave unattended. We reserve the right to remove clothes that are left in a machine which do not allow other customers to use said machine. We make every effort to contact the person who left the clothes but ultimately it is your responsibility to manage and monitor your clothes.

As an alternative to leaving the site which in turn leaves your clothes unattended, we do offer full-service laundry where you drop off your laundry, we wash, dry and fold it for you while you are gone. We have several levels of this service such as “Drop & Go” where we do the washing and drying then you pick it up and fold it or the full-blown service where we do everything. We will also pick up your clothes and deliver them back to you the next day.

3. As far as not being able to reach one of us, that is hard to believe since we are open staffed 7-7 every day except holidays. Our phone number is posted inside the store in various locations.

4. Low water pressure, this has happened before, and we are working very hard to resolve this issue. When it happens, our attendant is instructed to resolve the issue either by resetting the machine or moving clothes to another machine at no cost to our customer. If this happens after hours we provide credit to a customer’s account for free wash. Our machines log a history of all items so we can review this log and find out what day and time the machine had a low-pressure issue. We also cross reference this to the video and then provide the proper refunds.
