46 reviewsThe laundromat is very clean 100%, their other locations are amazing, the issue I have with the lake mead location is with their customer service. If your hours say you close at 10:30 why are your doors locked at 9:45 on a wednesday and your staff (big woman with red hair) extremely rude when we come in? Most of my clothes dries within 15 minutes anyway so for your staff to tell me (in an extremely hostile tone) I have 25 minutes to finish and then get out is EXTREMELY unprofessional when i’m well aware what the hours are since I wouldn’t want to overstay my welcome. I would hate to take my service elsewhere because of a hostile and rude staff member. This is not the first time this happens and the first time this happened I came in at 9.

12/8/25 - upon arrival Stephanie (the attendant) was super helpful and overly nice ( I wondered why ?) Throughout the course of my wash I had to switch to 3 different washers due to leaking machines/mechanical failure. Finally we get to drying and literally 3 machines do not dry at all. Stephanie advises that we switch and points out the working machines while saying something to the effect - " the tags indicating a need for repair - have been removed and some people do this to get free dryers. " I advise I didn't move any tags and my children and I move my clothes – She also touched my laundry which I did not ask for or appreciate, as she was also walking around barefoot in the laundry mat. She says to call her again if there are any problems. We note that dryer 21 is not working - the door remaining closed - I send my child to ask for help. She advises my 10year old child will have to hold the door closed for the duration of the cycle. I ask her to come again and when shefinally she does the cycle has completed itself. Stephanie VERY LOUDLY, Condescendingly, Rudely advises that she has attempted to help ( You folk) out a number of times and will not be issuing any more credits. I am like but this is the machine you told us to use and the door doesn’t stay closed. She then questioned my ability to comprehend the words that she was speaking, and ultimately told me she would call the police to have me removed. I kinda wished that she had called the police so that I could take legal action against Linen Fresh for none working machines and hostile employees, and whatever else cause this was ridiculous. She then goes back to her station and begin loudly talking in Spanish, I assume she is calling the police. Minutes later another coworker/friend/management ( who I am familiar with ) shows up who can't speak English and Stephanie attempts to translate what I am saying. She is yelling, and pointing at me and making me fee very nervous, she is combative and very angry ( I don’t speak Spanish so if she was calling me racial slurs I am not sure but it certainly felt like it) .... I ask that she leave and several times other patrons have to come over just to request her service while she is translating/being loud and rude. I begin using google translate and request that Stephanie return to her post, again I am met with aggression and combativeness. She also at one point began to walk up on me and I ask that she maintain her distance. Her management/coworker/friend – tells me to come back to the laundry mat tomorrow to speak with management to express my
grievances, they don’t have a phone number I can call and to not place a google review. Stephanie’s coworker/management/friend leaves and Stephanie proceeds to open both of the doors on the isle that I and my four children are on, it is winter, it is 44 degrees outside. She says everything is recorded so I can see per your cameras. Other patron’s have left baskets on my isle and she is snatching them away. And I literally watching her spaz out - wondering how this could have turned into all this drama because of malfunctioning machinery. We have been coming here since 2020 and never have I experienced this level of crazy/ customer service. Normally such great service… My husband advises that we will no longer utilize this facility and please believe I will tell everyone and anyone about my experience.
Hi Mrs. Rodgers, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience on 12/8/25. We truly value our customers and are concerned by the machine failures and the interactions you described — that is not the level of service we aim to provide. We would love the opportunity to make this right. Please email us directly at support@lflaundry.com so our team can assist you. The Linen Fresh Management Team
Excellent service, the new system gave me $2 for adding $20 to my card, pleasant atmosphere, modern music, and the employee Carmen was very helpful in activating the new machines with a lovely personality.
This place is expensive. The cheapest wash is $3.50. Other places don’t charge more than $2 to use the smallest size washers. Their dryers are .35 per 7 minutes. Other places charge .25 for more time. You have to pay .25 to use the bathroom. Other places are FREE. They use a card system instead of actual coins. So you have to put the exact amount when you load your card. You do have to pay $1 fee to get a new card if you don’t have one. Lots of fees at this location. The attendant isn’t always available either. There are cheaper places to wash vs using this location.
I am sorry. You have reviewed the wrong laundromat. 2 weeks ago the lowest price as actual $2.50. The rest of the laundromats in the area were at $3.50.

I’ve been coming here for years but the most recent owner added much needed upgrades; it’s always clean, the music is great and upbeat and the air conditioning always working! Carmen is fantastic and extremely helpful to customers ♥️-
She’s always smiling and always doing something around the laundromat to make it run smoothly. Thank you and keep up the great work!

This has been the treasure I’ve been waiting to find! I was once without a washer and relied on a laundromat and wasn’t happy with the places I was going to. Well I ended up getting a washer and then it broke so I’m back washing clothes at …
