I really love this location, the lady that That works there. I believe her name is Carmen. She’s actually really one of the most nicest people I’ve ever met. It’s very clean here , the nice decor around , it has television, my favorite is that they sell the big bags here !!! Every time me and my wife come in to do laundry , Carmen is always so kind with helping , to just putting a smile on our face !! Her attitude is uplifting, and now I actually like looking forward to Sunday funday laundry days !!! Please keep up the good work , most other laundry places are becoming really scared to go to these days , thank you guys for having this location located on lake mead !!! Doing laundry isn't usually a highlight, but the new management at this Lake Mead Linen Fresh Laundry has made it a surprisingly pleasant experience! The place is impeccably clean, the staff goes above and beyond with their friendly service, and every washer and dryer I've used has worked perfectly. Highly recommend for a hassle-free laundry day. We love coming in when Carmen is here, shes always been so kind and helpful. She really makes the experience so much better!

Linen Fresh is a very large company, as explained by the employee Carmen, she told me that with my card I could wash at any location in Las Vegas and she explained in detail where they were located and that from my cell phone I could scan the QR code to see the locations, I come from very far to wash at this Laundry because Carmen is kind, attentive, helpful, I like her charisma and so respectful with the clients, the promotions that all Linen Fresh locations have are impressive, there are bonuses, there are raffles and above all, the bathrooms are very clean and tidy, always clean, employees like Carmen make the difference

I'm very impressed with the new system at this laundromat. I've been a customer for 20 years and I never thought it would change so much, both the employees and the new management. The new system is great, and today when I came in, there's a big promotion running all month long: a raffle for $500, and if you deposit $20 you get $4 in bonus credit, if you deposit $50 you get $10 in bonus credit, and if you deposit $100 you get $20 in bonus credit—all free! And the employee Carmen was very attentive and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints; it's the best laundromat in Las Vegas.
