First time I've done laundry in a LM for a very long time. The owners where very talkative and made you feel like family, very respectful, quaint Italian setting, conveniently located on the hill, great interaction with a couple of customers as well. Made my first laundry day in a " mat" very comfortable. Not sure why the rating is only 3.1 stars because it was a very good expierance. THANKS Chris

didn’t know it was possible to love a laundromat this much. the owner (Peter) is incredibly helpful and went out of his way to be welcoming. even if you don’t need to do laundry, it’s worth a stop

TERRIBLE customer service!! Their "business hours" say open until 8:30pm weekdays with last wash starting @ 7p. I walked in with a load at 6:55 and the guy flat out told me that I "wouldn't have time to finish" and that "he wasn't staying until 8:30 for $5 of laundry" (1. It was way more than $5 considering how costly this place is and 2. I have come here for the better part of a year despite the horrific and RUDE customer service on multiple occasions and given them enough money so that they should probably try to keep the hours they post on their sign). I've also had enough berating and asinine/annoying comments on numerous occasions and will be taking my laundry elsewhere from now on. Furthermore, if you do choose to waste your time here (just be sure you don't work at a place with normal business hours) be sure to bring more enough quarters for the poor quality dryers that will take forever. Get with the program Liliana's or lose more customers, and take down your FALSE HOURS while your at it.
