Incredible experience and customer service! I've tried multiple laundry delivery services in Boston and have had major issues or delays with almost all. I was reluctant to try LwL as I have had had such bad luck previously but I am SO glad I did! They were amazing! I had a question and was able to text with a live and local representative who resolved my issue right away. Delivery driver was wonderful, gave me a heads up when close, and came masked up which is hugely important for me. The turnover time of pick-up and delivery is the fastest I've found in Boston thus far and the clothes were all returned and in perfect condition. So glad to have found this awesome company that takes such pride in the work they do.

This company has saved my life and allowed me to be more present for family stuff! I love how prompt they are in assisting you with any nuances for your orders.

You can schedule a pick up tomorrow and have it back the day after that! My clothes are washed well and according to my instructions.

The drivers are very helpful and friendly when they pick up the bags.

I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Would recommend LwL for any working professional without a washer/dryer. It’s just so convenient and the customer service is fantastic. Everything comes back perfectly folded and they are super quick to answer any questions.

**updated after speaking with Alex: Alex reached out so promptly and asked if he can do anything to fix the issue. LWL's customer service is def nothing I've ever seen before. It's surprising that you can talk to a real human right away without waiting and without any autogenerated text/voice.

I can't say anything about their wash&fold service because I haven't used it. I'm sure their wash&fold is fantastic based on other reviews. My experience is only limited to dry cleaning. Also please take my review with a grain of salt b/c I had a particular expectation.

To be fair, I mistakenly thought that LWL has its own dry cleaning facility, just because a similar service I used back at home (different country) does, and this was the main reason why I used LWL. It was thus surprising to see the attached receipt from another local dry cleaning business on my clothes. I guess this means that they contract with several local places to do dry cleaning. Not that this is a problem, but it just was unexpected for me. I was also a little disappointed to see that this local store that LWL hired didn't have a good rating (2.5 in yelp). I probably wouldn't have gone to this local dry cleaning place myself with such low ratings and bad reviews.

LWL offers convenient service and its customer service is superb. But I'd personally just call the local dry cleaning places to pick up my stuff (or walk few blocks) if they're doing the job anyways.
