I’ve been using LWL for the past 6-7 months, and I’m very happy with the service. The laundry is always well folded, they seem to follow the instructions I leave (none of my clothes shrunk 😁), and the service is often bookable for the next day already. They’re extremely responsive and consistently ask for feedback. Only once was my clothing returned damp and they refunded the whole order! 😮
Prices are reasonable and the drivers typically arrive in the promised timeframe, only a few times were they slightly late.
My living situation changed so I won’t need regular laundry service anymore but I’ll definitely stick with them for dry cleaning!

Expensive, but worth it. We have used this service for almost two years now and the team is reliable and effective. Our clothes come back clean, nicely folded, and divided into bags by size so the adult and child clothes are easy to identify. When we have any concerns (and they have been few and far between) the owner responds immediately and stays on top of the issue until it is resolved. This is a great service.
