First time coming here and I was blown away by the owner, his wife and the workers kindness. I was using a 35 inch duffle bag with wheels on it and I was carrying a king size comforter and it was pouring raining. Soon as I approached the building I was kind of hesitant to go in because I have social anxiety but I'm not sure if it was the owner or the worker, they opened the door for me and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile! When I had questions about using their large size washers, they quickly showed me the largest size washers that they had and how to use them properly. There is a good amount of seating. The seats are nice and wide so if you're plus size and Curvy like I am that's very handy!! They also have a vending machine and a snack machine. You can use coins and card to wash your clothing. To wash your clothing with a card you have to download an app. And it's super simple to set up I did it in less than 3 minutes I would say. And if you need help setting it up the workers or the owners are very happy to help you set it up. All my clothes came out smelling nice and fresh and clean. And all of my laundry came out nice and dry too!!! I was able to do a total fo 7 large loads easy and no hassle. The owner and his wife as well as the workers are very freindly towards minorities!!! Now I have fresh clean laundry and i will be back!!

Oh! And the facility is nice and clean too. Very clean i must say and non sketchy. I felt safe here as a single female.

Very Racist owner ! Spoke to me like I was stupid because I made a mistake and didn’t put laundry tablets in prior to starting machine . Human error does not mean I’m dumb as he implied . Also made statements about “People like you “ Last time here !!

I'm not sure why the majority of places are so shady that they charge for hot water but know full on they dont have hot water. This is that kind of place . And the restroom was disgusting! 3 staff were here yet nothing was done to show any …

Been coming here for years. The Lee's are great people and assist you with anything you need. It's clean because the employees are always cleaning. I don't go anywhere else. Prices are responsible too.
