Came to this laundromat for the first time and it will be my last. I hate giving bad reviews but I really don’t like the way they run this business so I have to warn anyone who uses this laundromat to beware of a few things. The washing machines are not the cleanest, and they’re very expensive. The small load costs $4.24, medium is $7.25 and large is a dollar more. Also please BEWARE- YOU CANNOT ISE CHANGE, YOU HAVE TO USE THEIR MONEY CARD THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY AND IT COSTS $4.00! The attendant who worked there did not tell me that! I put in $20 and the machine said my balance was $16.00. She will tell you that if you don’t want to use them again and return the card they will refund you $4.00…..THEY DON’T! They make every excuse in the book for you to not return it. Now onto the dryers, their dryers are “FREE” but they make up for that cost by bumping up the price on the washing machine’s. I used three dryers and one of them had a soap bar from someone else’s laundry melted on inside the dryer. I noticed after I took my clothes out. I was very disappointed. Wish I could leave a better review but the owner needs to clean this place up and do a better job at letting customers know the truth about the card and not hide that detail to hook a new customer in deceptively.
