Was treated horribly by a female staff member who refused to give me her name and managers name. Fri. Feb 1st 6:30PM. Was accused of doing stuff in the bathroom that I shouldn't have been in front of others customers there. Also said she had to clean up "blood". I was asked to see such evidence and was told No. I Was very respectful and always clean up after using the restroom. Make sure you don't have to go #2 before ever going to this place.

I have no clue how to do laundry. This is something that my wife always took care of and I always had a washer and dryer. Now I have to go over to this laundry. The prices of the laundry machines I think are ridiculously high. For a large machine that carries all my clothes is about $8.50 plus of course you need laundry detergent than all the other good things that go with it. Thanks to my big mouth I was able to find a woman in there to help me out that was extremely helpful she works there. When I do my laundry there I expect to spend $20 for two machines and two dryers.

Half of the washers are working and the whole place you got about 10 dryers that's the song is laundromat I have ever been to that's only one is in my area at the time the owner got to do better it sucks

I know what I said before, but a new owner look wonderful brand new washers, brand new dryers matter fat effect. You pay for your washes and your drives are free nice and clean no small Check it out.It's wonderful.I think the only every time I go there he did a good job

It was a horrible experience. Three quarters (3/4) of the Laundromat was not in working condition and it's huge. And the attendant could hardly help you since there is no real customer service for you.

9/26/2022 Update
I was going to Subway in Mountclair Junction and walked by the laundry room mat. There was someone working there that day. I didn't go inside, so I don't know if the machines have been repaired. Just wanted to make a quick update.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Majority of the washers and dryers are broken. I didn't take a picture of everything, but all the machines with an orange sticker in the photos I took are broken. They don't have anyone working there either. See the picture with the sign, it says call the 2 numbers listed if you need help or 911. I didn't notice this sign till after my clothes were already washing. In the 2 plus hours I was there, there was no worker, manager, or owner. There were 3-4 customers there but after about an hour I was the only one there. Random people came in to use the bathroom or to walk around. I didn't feel safe at all. Don't waste your time or money

Great machines and staff here. Its just a small business and if you dont get there early enough you can find yourself waiting for a machine...

Attempted to visit three times in past two weeks, closed & window gates shut at around 9 - 9:15pm (I have crazy work schedule) just to dry my clothes. Store hours are posted online and on the door "closes at 10:00pm. MaManageri/owner needs to be aware of the situation with laundry clerk leaving early, while probably still on the clock.
Currently searching for a different laundry that honors their posted hours!
