I've been using this laundry mat for a few months mainly out of convenience because I'm new to the area and haven't had the time to find another one. This is probably the worst laundry mat I've tried to use, The parking lot is full of potholes and trashed,plus it's always dingy and dirty and I've only seen an attendant twice, I couldn't get the washers to take my money( thankfully both times they were just over full of quarters and needing to be collected)
which leads me to believe they do not clean and maintain their machines regularly.

Nice machines and the whole operation seems well maintained. Would give it five stars, but the one employee working the day I visited decided to snatch my laundry out of a washer when I was right there. Didn't ask or call out who's was it. Just started manhandling my clothes and its cycle had been done for less than a minute. Very rude.

I went on a Saturday evening while visiting family from out of town. I like the location and enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the cleanliness of the facility; I was also impressed at how clean the bathroom was :) It took 23 minutes for my clothes to wash and my clothes dried extremely quick. I also felt safe while washing; there's a police presence in the area. I've saved this location in my list of favorites.

I have been coming here for a few months now and I can honestly say that the owner of this place goes above and beyond just to make sure that his customers are happy!! If your money gets stuck in a machine he replaces it it doesn't matter if it's 10:00 at night and one of your machine malfunctions there's always someone here or someone you can call to help you. The prices are amazing and much better than the prices that are in South Side and just an overall good quality atmosphere!!!! they definitely have my business for life!!

Clean , they take , tap/ Apple Pay , card & etc .. staff is very welcoming love the atmosphere, machines doesn’t take long at all !!! Best really convenient & considerate ..

Had an incident where the machine took my money and didn't provide the service of refund the amount. The manger had stepped out but swiftly returned and ensured me that my laundry would be taken care of. The manger was very nice and made sure my clothing was completed while I was at work. My money was returned to my card even though it took a week. I feel she went above and beyond to smooth everything out.She saved the day😁
