Four minute walk from the 1 Line, clean and welcoming, Julio the attendant was EXTREMELY helpful - saw I needed some assistance and got me squared away, and followed up when I was working the dryer as well. Dude even served complimentary tootsie rolls to everyone waiting for their laundry to finish. Totally made the experience over the top awesome. All in, took about an hour start to finish. Will visit again!

This has been the BEST laundry experience! Julio was extremely helpful with getting me set up on a laundry card and showing me how the machines worked! The place is very clean, Julio was even picking up all the trash in the parking lot. For travelers passing through, this place had ample parking and easy navigation from downtown Seattle. What a wonderful overall experience this was, not something I would normally say about a laundromat!

Laundry Day was a lifesaver! Julio was so helpful—he showed us how to use the machines and even found a left-behind pillowcase. The laundromat is clean, spacious, and comfortable (even during a summer heat wave) with plenty of big and standard washers plus 1:1 dryer ratio. They also offer wash-and-fold and pickup/delivery, making it a full-service option. Highly recommend!

I left one duve with them which took about a week to get back and when I got it back it was absolutely ruined! It was given to me still wet sealed in a bag and smelt absolutely terrible! There are even new stains on it! Would not recommend to anyone!

Not from the area but needed to do laundry. Very very clean and Julio the attendant was very very helpful. He was constantly walking around helping people and wiping down machines and counters. If I’m ever in the area again and need to do laundry I will definitely use this place.
