The place is really nice and the free dry is awesome. However, the older lady who works there is kind of overbearing and got mad at me for bringing clothes in that I didn’t wash there. I only added them to the clothes I had already washed there in the same dryer. I spent 20$ washing clothes and buying the laundry card and nowhere does it say anything about not being able to throw in extra clothes just to dry. She was very accusatory and made it seem like I was trying to be sneaky even tho I told her multiple times I didn’t know that was a rule and If I knew I would’ve easily paid for the extra dry. It wasn’t a big deal. But she stood there and kept arguing making me out to be the bad guy when she could’ve just said hey I need 5 extra $ for the dry since you didn’t wash them here. No need to make a big 5 minute scene telling me “I saw you bring in extra bags you think I don’t see” like she was my mom or something 😭 I just think the whole thing was really rude and bad vibes from her. Not to mention her trying to upsale me the whole time and following me around telling me what to do each step of the way. Weird and uncomfortable experience. Only gave it two stars because the place is really clean and has big washer/dryers for huge loads. I’ll be finding somewhere else to wash my clothes, bummer cuz I liked this place.

This place is incredible. The woman who works there is so helpful and kind and helped me wash my giant rug that was full of stains. The cost was great and drying is free. They have very large washer and dryers which make it go by very quick, I cannot recommend enough And the woman who worked there deserves everything. She’s so great

Well tops for a free dry, but definitely over priced. It takes 4 cycles to even 90% dry your clothes. I am forced to put my clothes in the drier almost 8 times. Not worth it, I’m going back to the coin laundry.
