Shout out to Bruce i came in today for the first time and he helped me with everything i needed help with. Explained to me how buy and use the cards. Good place to do laundry also.
First time at this laundry mat and I was honestly impressed by the cleanliness, friendly and inviting all night attendant and the variety of the machines available. Prices were very reasonable. This place is pet friendly and even has pet specific washer and dryer but, only 1 washer and 1 dryer are pet specific. Machines got our clothing cleaner and brighter than they have been in a long time! Highly recommend!

First time there and Taylor helped get me started. Very clean and well lit. Will be back with my larger comforters and pillows. They have a selection of machine sizes to fit any need.
I came across this place while shopping and decided to check it out. Perfect place to wash big blankets and duvets. They even have an individual washer and dryer for Pets, no other place has this!!! The place is always clean, staff is friendly. Definitely worth checking if out! By the way the DRYERS ARE FREE!
Very small not enough washers only one person to ask questions, He nice but trying to help everyone. Washer are priced so high the Dryers is free ! 38th across from fresh market is much cheaper

Honestly this is the best laundromat I've been to and that's no exaggeration, its very clean and the customer service as well as the amenities are great! Also its 24hrs which is a huge bonus. Here in the east side its like a gem in the rough.
My experience was really the nice , the night shirt person Stevo — was very helpful and professional. I will continue to wash at the night shift it was calm cool clean and peaceful and they staff member made the most effort to assist with any questions .

I came in around midnight so the place wasn’t busy. I was able to get in and out quickly. The facilities were clean and there was pretty good music playing. I was greeted by Ms.Cheryl which I appreciated her personable attitude.

This laundromat has the best customer service. I drop my clothes off here for wash and fold and its usually ready for pick up the next day. The prices are very reasonable also. Employees are so friendly and helpful.
Bruce at laundromax is not only handy but he is hospitable very nice and answered any questions I had from being out of town and not knowing how to use the card lol And plus the washers and dryers are great being so big
