Chrich Mich

I put the washer setting on hot but the water came out cold. The hot water from the sink was also cold. I asked the manager if I could use their card and try another machine because I shouldn't have to pay twice. She said no and tried to blame me for forgetting to set it to hot which is a lie.

Although this isn’t the most convenient mat for me to use due to its location, I drive extra miles here knowing that I will get good friendly service and that the place is clean. Leaving review to thank staff , owners & especially Nicole. I’ll be returning

Dropped off my laundry at approximately 11 am and I was able to pick it up around 6:30 pm. Very large and clean LaundroMax with self service machines or drop off laundry and have them do it for you. Friendly and helpful staff!
